We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for peak season (June-September) and 2-3 weeks for shoulder seasons. However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. Contact us to check current availability for your preferred dates.

All charters include professional crew service, yacht insurance, basic water sports equipment, safety equipment, and linens. Food and beverages can be arranged separately through our catering partners, or you may bring your own provisions. Fuel costs are typically additional and calculated based on actual usage.

Absolutely! Many guests prefer to bring their own provisions. All our yachts have fully equipped galleys with refrigeration and cooking facilities. We can also arrange professional catering services or recommend local suppliers if you prefer. Please note that glass containers are discouraged for safety reasons.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we will work with you to reschedule your charter to the next available date. For multi-day charters, we may adjust the itinerary to find protected waters. We do not charge for weather-related cancellations initiated by our crew.

Yes, we work with various catering partners who can accommodate virtually any dietary requirement including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and allergen-free options. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when booking so we can ensure appropriate arrangements are made.

While gratuity is not mandatory, it is customary and greatly appreciated when you are satisfied with the service. The standard gratuity is 15-20% of the charter fee, typically given to the captain for distribution among the crew. This can be adjusted based on your satisfaction with the service provided.
